Original 1880'S Steam Operated Armitage Herschell Carousel

This is the real thing. An Armitage Herschell steam operated carousel. In the original catalog from the factory it was called a "Twentieth Century" model. This is the ONLY example of this historic carousel in the world.

This is the first version of a carousel with a spinning canvas. This machine is being offered completely restored and professionally installed, including a certified steam engine, an electric motor drive for regular use, a restored band organ, and a canvas revival style top.

Great for a Train Steam Park,1880'S Western Themed Village or a steam person with a big back yard.
