Terms and conditions governing the Carousell x UOB Car Loan Package (“Promotion”)

Promotion starts from 15 Nov 2021 till further notice, or until otherwise notified by Carousell.
This Promotion is only applicable to individuals (i.e. not an entity) who have purchased a used car listed on Carousell.
A minimum loan quantum of S$10,000 and up to a maximum principal loan amount amounting to seventy percent (70%) of the nett car price is required.
You will be eligible to enjoy the preferential interest rate of 2.08% p.a. upon receiving UOB’s approval of your car loan (the “Loan”).
You agree to be bound by these terms and the following additional terms and conditions governing your Loan (collectively, the “Terms”):
UOB’s Standard Terms and Conditions Governing Hire Purchase Agreements; and UOB’s application for Hire Purchase Facility., and as may be amended from time to time.
In the event of a cancellation or termination of the Loan after the Loan is disbursed or if the Loan amount is settled in full before the end of the Loan tenure, the fees as stated in the Termsshall by payable by you.
You shall register the applicable vehicle within one (1) month from the date of receiptof UOB’s approval.
Carousell’s and UOB’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final, conclusive and binding. UOB shall not be obliged to give any reason or enter into any correspondence with you or any persons on any matter concerning this Promotion or your Loan.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and you shall be deemed to have irrevocably agreed to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore Courts.
By proceeding, you agree that Carousell Pte Ltd and its wholly-owned subsidiary Caarly Pte Ltd (collectively, "Carousell") may collect, use and disclose your personal data for any purposes in connection with this Promotion and your loan application (the “Purposes”). You further agree that Carousell may share such personal data with UOB and such other third party as Carousell may reasonably consider necessary for the Purposes. Such third parties will only have access to your personal data to the extent necessary to perform their functions. You confirm that you agree to be bound by the terms of the Carousell Privacy Policy.
